Who we are

I'm a Consultant Clinical Psychologist who currently leads a forensic medium-secure inpatient service within the Midlands. I also work in private practice with individuals for therapy, and with teams and organisations as a consultant to help enhance team development and cohesion, develop strategy and troubleshoot problems that arise from group dynamics.

I've worked therapeutically for a number of years, qualifying in 2011 and holding developmental roles in the NHS since 2005. Other roles, such as Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker and Care Assistant, have also shaped how I balance therapeutic knowledge with the realities of life.

I have particular expertise working with men experiencing significant difficulties who find it hard to find the right words. I create a safe, confidential and welcoming space, encouraging an honest conversation to help you get to where you want to be.
